These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 799 BDT platform and all its users. By accessing or using the 799 BDT website or mobile platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment details is strictly prohibited.

• Your email address must be verified within 48 hours of completing registration.
• Mobile number verification via OTP is mandatory.
• KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Accepted KYC documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

799 BDT currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.

Important Payment Information:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: Regular members ৳50,000; VIP members ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Your first withdrawal may take 1–2 business days if KYC verification has not been completed.

Any deposits or withdrawals made from a third-party account will be reversed and may trigger an investigation. In cases of suspected money laundering or other suspicious financial activity, we are obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Before placing any bet on 799 BDT, make sure you've read the specific rules for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cashout option is available.

• Official match results are final and binding for the purpose of settling bets.
• If a match is abandoned or left undecided, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
• 799 BDT reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error in the data feed or odds.
• A single bet slip may contain a maximum of 20 selections.

Any attempt to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities. 799 BDT actively monitors all forms of fraudulent betting activity.

General Bonus Terms:

1. The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
2. Bonus wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
3. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
4. If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, your bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5. You may not have more than one active bonus at a time.
6. When using a bonus, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 or 10% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower.
7. Bonus wagering may not apply to certain sports or markets.

799 BDT reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be reviewed and bonuses may be cancelled if necessary.

799 BDT reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Registering or submitting KYC documents with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting bonus offers or taking advantage of system errors.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Threats or misconduct — toward our support team or other members.
• Betting using bots or automated software.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed — however, any bonus balance will not be refunded.
